Legal
Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your access to and use of the NUTRIGENOVIA website and educational products.
Last updated: 30 August 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
NUTRIGENOVIA — Integrative Health School is the brand and trading name under which Darina Atanasova (“the seller”, “we”, “us”) provides educational content and paid online courses.
The seller is an individual established in Bulgaria, selling educational services to customers in Bulgaria and internationally.
Support and all enquiries relating to these Terms: nutrigenoviasupport@gmail.com.
2. Acceptance
By using the website, creating an account or purchasing a course you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
If you use the platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it to these Terms. If you use it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age under the law that applies to you.
3. Educational nature of the platform
NUTRIGENOVIA is an educational school. All content — articles, courses, resources, assessments and answers from the Nutri assistant — is provided strictly for educational and informational purposes.
The content is NOT individual medical diagnosis, treatment, prescription, genetic counselling or emergency medical advice, and it does not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
If you experience symptoms, have a medical condition, are pregnant, take medication or face an emergency, contact a doctor or emergency services. Never delay seeking medical help because of something you read on this platform.
You are responsible for how you apply educational information to your own life or professional practice.
4. Accounts and security
An account is required to access paid courses. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at the support address if you suspect unauthorised access.
Accounts are personal. Sharing access with third parties is not permitted.
5. Paid access to digital content
Paid courses are digital content delivered online after payment is confirmed. Access is granted to the purchaser personally, for their own learning.
Access is activated automatically once the payment provider confirms the payment. If access does not activate, contact support.
Courses may be updated, extended or edited to keep them current and scientifically accurate.
6. Payment and Paddle as Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax and cancellation mechanics are further governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms: https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.
Prices are shown in euro. Applicable taxes are determined and charged by Paddle based on the buyer's location.
We do not store card details. Payment data is handled entirely by the payment provider.
7. Intellectual property
All platform content — text, courses, video and audio material, worksheets, illustrations, assessments, design, brand and emblem — is protected by law and remains the property of the seller or the respective rights holders.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use purchased content personally, for your own learning.
- No reselling, sharing, publishing or redistributing the content.
- No copying, screen recording, bulk downloading or reproduction of course materials.
- No use of the content to build a competing course or database.
- No removal of attribution notices and no circumvention of technical limits.
8. Acceptable use
When using the platform you agree not to:
- break the law or infringe the rights of others;
- commit fraud, abuse payment mechanisms or submit false information;
- interfere with platform security — malware, probing, scraping, or attempts at unauthorised access;
- send abusive, discriminatory or unlawful content in your communications with us;
- present the educational content as a medical service or as your own original work.
9. Certificates
A certificate is issued only when the system confirms that every academic requirement for the course has been met, including completed lessons, quizzes and the final assessment.
A certificate evidences completion of an educational course. It is not a professional licence, a medical qualification or a right to practise a regulated profession.
Every certificate has a unique identifier and a public verification page. Public verification displays a limited set of data only.
Certificates are issued in the name you confirm. Please check it carefully — after issuance the name on the certificate is not changed automatically.
10. Refunds
The Refund Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and applies to every purchase.
11. Availability and service limitations
We aim for a stable, continuously available platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates or circumstances beyond our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. This does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.
Our liability is not limited in cases of fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury, or wherever the law does not permit limitation.
12. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access in cases of material breach of these Terms, fraud or security risk, or repeated violations.
You may stop using the platform at any time. Termination does not affect certificates already issued or academic records retained for verification purposes.
13. Consumer rights
If you are a consumer, you benefit from the mandatory rights granted to you by the law of your country of habitual residence. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes those rights.
Consumers in the European Union may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law, without depriving consumers of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence.
Disputes are submitted to the competent courts of Bulgaria, except where consumer law provides for another forum in the consumer's favour.
15. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update.
Questions about these Terms: nutrigenoviasupport@gmail.com.
