Refund Policy
This policy explains when and how you can request a refund for a paid online course.
Last updated: 30 August 2026
1. Request window
You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date.
2. Standard refund eligibility
A standard refund requires both of the following to be true:
- the course has not been completed; AND
- no certificate has been issued.
3. What an approved refund does
- the qualifying purchase is refunded;
- access to the course is revoked;
- historical learning records are not erased.
4. If a certificate has already been issued
If a certificate has already been issued, no automatic refund is available.
Each such request is reviewed individually. Write to nutrigenoviasupport@gmail.com describing your situation.
5. How to request a refund
Send your request to nutrigenoviasupport@gmail.com from the email address used for the purchase, quoting your order or transaction reference.
Payments and returns are handled by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. You can also contact Paddle directly at paddle.net. Paddle's refund policy is available at https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
6. Your statutory rights
This policy adds to — and does not limit — the mandatory rights the law grants you as a consumer.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right of withdrawal for digital content under the conditions set by law. Where you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once performance begins, the statutory right may cease to apply — regardless of which, we apply the 14-day policy described above.
Nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
